Event Registration Details

2025 CUMBERLAND CROSS COUNTRY CAMP | HIGH SCHOOL

• Participants will get to warm up, run, and do a post workout with some Cumberland runners.  
• Cumberland runners will have talking points.  
• We will have water, snacks, and an event shirt for the participants.

Who: 9th - 12th Time: See Schedule Below Cost: $55 per participant REGISTER

Schedule:

7:30 - 7:45 AM - Drop off at Don Fox Park, sign-in, turn in waivers

7:45 - 8:00 AM - Introduction, warm up drills, wickets 

8:00 - 8:45 AM - Everyone Run (End on Cumberland's Campus)

8:45 - 9:30 AM - Post-Run Workout + Cool Down 

9:30 - 10:15 AM - Discussion Time 

10:15 - 10:30 AM - Wrap Up, Goodbye
