Event Registration Details

2025 CUMBERLAND CROSS COUNTRY CAMP | MIDDLE SCHOOL

• Participants will get to warm up, run, and do a post workout with some Cumberland runners.  
• Cumberland runners will have talking points.  
• We will have water, snacks, and an event shirt for the participants.

Who: 6th - 8th Time: See Schedule Below Cost: $55 per participant REGISTER

Schedule:

7:30 - 7:45 AM - Drop off at Don Fox, sign-in, turn in waivers

7:45 - 8:15 AM - Introduction and warm up drills

8:15 - 8:45 AM - Everyone Run

8:45 - 9:00 AM - Post-Run Workout

9:00 - 9:30 AM - Game

9:30 - 10:00 AM - Discussion Time, Wrap Up, Goodbye
